“I did it all on my own,” said no one ever.
Whether a solopreneur or the head of a 1,000+ person organization, you are likely surrounded by one or more people who make up your team. This is especially true when it comes to winning new clients. That is why we built Prosal to work.
This blog describes in detail how Prosal Organizations work, how to create or join a Prosal Organization, and how to invite team members to join your Prosal Organization.
Prosal Organizations are the foundation of your account on Prosal. Prosal Organizations are how users can upgrade to Pro, collaborate through folders, share RFPs, and improve their chances of success at finding the right opportunity to which submit a proposal
Every user is required to be a part of a Prosal Organization to use Prosal. When you first join Prosal, you will be asked to become part of a Prosal Organization. You can either request to join an existing Prosal Organization or create your own Prosal Organization.
If you decide to join an organization, you ask your org admin to invite you to their organization. Once you join, your organization’s admin will approve your membership. Once they approve your request, you can visit the marketplace, engage with RFPs, and use Magic Tools.
If your request is not approved or the admin does not review your request, you will only be allowed to navigate your profile and dashboard. If you are having trouble with your request, please contact your Prosal Organization’s administrator or Prosal support. Only Prosal Organizations on a Pro account can accept multiple member requests.
If your organization is not already on Prosal, you can create a new one. Once you create your organization, you will become its administrator, and you will be able to invite, approve, or remove new members and browse the marketplace.
If you create a duplicate organization, you can request to merge your organization with an existing organization. To do so, please contact Prosal support.
Once your organization is created, the organization’s admin and its members will be able to:
If you ever decide to downgrade a member, they will lose access to your organization and all stored data. If the organization admin decides to downgrade, then all members will lose access to all organization data on Prosal.
